  • Why would Freedom Fusion Properties, LLC get paid in between? Why not avoid Freedom Fusion Properties, LLC and simply exchange deals directly in the group?

  • They can still exchange deals over here free of charge and network with one in another in this group…. in our Free Facebook Group.
  • However, the inner circle is where the money and the deals will be at… and the inner circle can only be created through the exchange of pivotal equity in the context of generating brand.
  • Whoever is going to be part of an inner circle, can very well be someone with access to money such as brokers with institutional investors connections or deal hunters with access to passive investors, or deal hunters without access to passive investors but seeking to figure out how to raise money… and willing to learn…
  • Any accredited investor (or an excepted type of investor) who wants to invest money into multifamily apartment property can also be part of the Freedom Fusion Desk, and can learn directly from experts in the desk which deal makes sense to invest and which doesn’t.
    If you are not an accredited investor, still do not hesitate to apply, to see if there are other options available for you, such as teaching students math for example or helping students be placed into jobs, while learning about the deal syndication and being part of the team, gaining the track record.

There are certain techniques that investors often miss when it comes to marketing. 

One of the techniques that they miss is continuous development of thought leadership process. 

What we have noticed investors do is over focus on looking at notes tapes without inter-connecting other strategies and techniques for having deals come to you.

  • What we have noticed is that note investors often over focus their strategy on nothing but notes, and rarely specialize on pivoting away from their strategy when creative opportunity comes along.
  • Sometimes we see investors so consumed with chasing notes by focusing on mechanical analysis, that they lose entire focus of the alternative possibility of getting deals that has better yield.

Here is what we discovered.  

While evaluating multiple notes investors experts, what I Rome Wells discovered is that notes investors are mostly in lending business and not so much in actual real estate investment business.

Their focus is mostly on uni-directional strategy of getting notes for lower cost, whether it’s performing or non performing notes.

Some sophisticated notes investors are somewhat of a hybrid type of note investors that combine the world of real estate investing and notes investing together. 

  • Yet through my research analysis, what I discovered is that not many of Note Investors are actually using simultaneous marketing strategies that can do the work for them while they do what they do best… negotiate the deals.

Top Mistakes notes investors make when dealing with non/performing loans

Mistake #1. Not Letting the Pivotal Marketing do the work for you, because of being scared about it’s costs.

Most of the time notes investors rarely ever try alternative Marketing strategies that do the marketing for them automatically.

Lack of Business Know How?

What I also discovered is that, many companies who do specialize in marketing and perhaps are very good marketers, simply do not know anything about notes investment.

  • The reason why is because there are many different ways of marketing, and finding the right technology partner for execution of these marketing strategies is very cumbersome.
